Ater reading the post about work exp at EDI, just thought I'd ask if any club/airline/or anything else aviation related would like some help during the summer, as I have 3 weeks spare. Perhaps if a club is looking for someone, they could offer me some flying time in return?
I'm a hard worker, and I willing to do most anything...

Go down to the clubs and ask them if they've got work is the best way. If you don't ask you won't get. I'm not sure that the people you want a response from will read this particular forum. If they don't have any work then try Wellesbourne or Birmingham.
