Adding Photos to a Post

Not sure whether this should be in the Questions Forum or here- this forum seems more appropriate. A friend has just e-mailed me with a few 75-80kb attachments, which turned out to be photos of aircraft in various embarassing situations.

I was thinking of sharing them on PPruNe.

a) Which is the most appropriate forum for this? and

b) How do I incorporate the photos with my posting?

Having said that, have I not seen the odd photo incorporated into Posts over the past few years?

You have indeed Tosh but those photos are always residing on another site somewhere with an invisible link to display them on a PPRuNe page.

It's all explained in our FAQ's - have a look for the section regarding the img (image) command.

Be aware that many of the free photo sites, especially the album-type, do not allow direct linking to a single image. This can be confusing - the image is in your cache and therefore you see it in your post, but the rest of us can't.
