I'd like to share my success in losing ten kilos of my weight with
those who might be interested. I owe my success to Dr. Robert
C. Atkins from NYC who happens to be the author of the
"Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution" (2002 publication).
It's actually a low carbohydrate diet and unlike most diet programe, you don't count calories. This diet has been around
since the seventies and as time goes by, the good doctor has
updated and improved it.
I have gone through this diet for about sixty days and shed ten
kilos without any major obstacles. I have also managed to improve my blood cholestrol make up to a reasonably safe equation.
Dr. Atkins has several books to his credit and I strongly recommend it's reading.

By the way, Dr. Atkins was on Larry King Live recently, but unfortunately I was on the job and unable to watch it.
Some of my mates told me that it was something not to be missed.
I look forward to your opinions and/or criticisms.

I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist it... but unfortunately I was on the job That's a slightly unfortunately turn of phrase! :D :D :D Of course some people are able to be "on the job" and watch TV at the same time. ;)

I am just starting on the Atkins Diet but have a question...

I am going for my initial class 1 medical in a few weeks - will the fact that Atkins deliberately disrupts insulin and blood sugar levels cause any problems come the medical?

Works really well by the way, if you can deal with the minging breath!
