I would just like to thank one of the Skippers aviation guys for a really great time in Perth last week.

It was really great to have the company of a real guy, instead of the usual sensative new age types.

Looking forward to next months stop over..

You guys are getting the wrong idea!!!

He knows who he is and he was a perfect gentleman, no whimpy conversation or corny crap. It may seem strange to you but it is rare to find a male colleague that isn't totally pre-occupied with his joy stick.

Mr Skipper see you next month.

Amos, old son, gald to see you're unchanged, still the unpleasant moron we all grew to love!!! Isn't it comforting to know there are some constancies in life!

Colleague ???

Crikey, you're game. Guess he'd never heard of the old adage about never dipping the pen in the company ink!

Don't mean to rain on your parade Miss D, but behind every 'perfect gentleman' is usually a wife that doesn't understand him!

Can just imagine the in-house frenzy going on right now trying to work out who 'he' is.

Watch out for the black Chevy Suburban parked outside the crew hotel!

How.

Itchybum say man not get honey where he get money.

Itchybum live by this. Itchybum never have no trouble.

Itchybum say man who dip water bag in company well get more than hands wet.

Itchybum say skipping pilot speak with forked tongue. Squaw-woman get hand bitten.

Itchy Bum you need a worming
To stop you on the sheets a squirming
Worm cakes, tablets and vermox too
Should have you running for the loo

With joy stick in hand your fate be met
So no more dragging arse on the carpet

Me and Skipper talking everyday
Arranging next months get away

Spool up or down what ever is fair
As long as it’s me and Skipper I don’t really care

As for dipping in company ink, that may come true
But my ink is red and Skippers is blue

Posted the line for all to see
Hoping to get Skipper to email me
Worked like a treat with mobile number to boot
Seems that the Post has stirred up a hoot

The rest of the Skippers now have lots of suspicion
Sounds like their planning a Spanish Inquisition
Just a bit jealous I guess you could say
We don’t really care either way

Stayed with Skipper at his new house
No sign of a Mrs, no even a mouse.
Lives like a bachelor with things evenly spread
All over the floor and even his bed

Nothing else really to say
So just you have yourself a mighty fine day.:) :) :p

I'd say on the strength of that little pome, the cats really and truly out of the bag at Skippers. ;)

PPRuNe has been used for many things but I think that's a first for a "Sleepless in Sydney" movie.

Good to see some happiness expressed on pprune for change.

Made for better reading than the normal gripes, winges and slanging.

Best of luck to you Miss D. and dont stand in front of the fan Mr Skipper, I dare say that some of the proverbial will be coming your way from the boys!

I'm gone!

P.S Well written poem Miss D

The suspense is killing me, what's the latest.

Vjet I noticed your post on D&G reporting points:

http://www.pprune.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=79279

Which begs the questions. Are we talking a Captain or F/O here?

Beany6 That was lucky, it could've all ended in tears as Mum would say.

Miss D, did you give him advance warning you were going to post on proon?

He must've had heart palpitations when he read this one. Almost makes tea & bickies with a CASA FOI for a 225 look appealing. :p
