i was wondering if you held an faa commercial licence does chile recognise it as a valid licence to work in the country

Almost certainly not. Since, however, Chile is an ICAO member, you should be able to get a local validation based on an FAA licence.

i just came back from chile and the wine is fantastic. but being an auzzie i couldnt resist to fight with them about who has the best. i was outnumbered and literally got the **** kicked out of me.
