Private Hire in QLD and NSW

Any pointers where to look for the self- fly hire of AS 350 and /or C172.

I have looked at the CASA website regarding regulations and licensing (language appears to be the only issue, iam jockanese - but would be grateful for advice.

I have UK ATPL (H) 4000+ hours and UK PPL (A) 100 hours.

I have no particular location in mind other than Cairns - there for a while visiting family, travelling by land from Sydney over a period of weeks and would like to see some of your amazing country from the air.

Any info welcome, some banter expected!!

Eh, Laddie, contact Chopperline at Caloundra and ask for Tub. I think they have both AS350 and C172's.

i'm pretty sure that you wont be private hiring an as350 in australia. the aircraft that chopperline use is the property of the national surf life saving organisation and not for private hire.

Isn't there an AS350 next to you, Imabell? Surely that would be for hire, given that it has nothing to do other than the odd photographic assignment?
