Heard on a London ferequency this morning about to dump fuel as 1 eng uUS and a little difficulty with V radios.

ATC switched to London Military so I would not follow. I trust all is OK and all safe!

Q. with 1 of 4 not working I assume this was a 707 conversion.

We see C17s, C5s, and some old C141s every day. Lots of civil reserve a/c going through now with RCH callsigns.
