Re Kuwait Airways, ONLY CAPTAINS with traceable history will be considered now (a few bad experiences in the past). There is a web site (www.kuwait-airways.com). One other thing they may accept Captains on there other types(A320/A340/B777).

The interview and acceptance process is reasonably straight forward but the training etc to get cleared to the line in a little tough and arduous and the success rate has not been good. Once cleared to the line the company is reasonably good to work for and would be better if only the management were better.
