Thanks Xenia and bealine. To all groundcrew & aircrew that reside here: you do a grand job under difficult circumstances. Generally you will only ever hear complaints from a minority but you rarely receive any praise. Rest assured, that the (unfortunately silent) majority appreciate what you do to make our travelling safe and comfortable.
I wish you and the industry safe and profitable flying in the skies of 2003.
