Did anyone else notice that easyJet's booking system was down for most of Saturday (14/12) morning? I tried getting in at 0915 and 1045, but both times was met with a message to say that it was down for upgrading and not even telephone bookings could be taken. By 1345 it was back, with a note explaining that they had been combining easyJet's and go's booking systems.
I noticed that some fares have changed a bit, but this may be because they have rejigged the "taxes". Also I have noticed that the "Barclay's Fat Cat Charge" has disappeared from Luton flights - had this already gone or has it just been deleted. About time too as it unfairly penalised us Bedfordians who have supported easyJet since its start-up and who were being charged extra for the privelige compared to passengers at STN and LGW.
