Does anyone know what's happening with the Pearl Aviation staff at the NSW Air Ambulance?

Have the staff been offered positions with the RFDS, or is it all in limbo?

Is Pearl going to be forced by the IRC to pay the redunancy money as per the award/s and Australian industrial law, or are they still trying to avoid their responsibilities?
