C172 Rental - East Coast Tassie

Howdy,

I'm booked in to do the Great Tassie bike ride in January, it starts somewhere near Launceston, up and over to St.Helens ( ouch ) then down to Hobart via the coast road.

Does anyone know of any 172/182's or similar for hire in that part of the world?

Try the Tasmania Aero Club in Launceston. They have 2 X C172

Definately go for the Tasmanian Aero club in launceston, they have the sexiest instructor in tassie, and she aint half bad at aviating either!!!!

nothing out of St Helens no

the only company on the East Coast is Freycinet Air, operating from Friendly Beaches, and they dont hire out aircraft as far as im aware
