Its on the cards that I might have to move to Belfast with my present lot for a year or two.

Being from mainland Blighty where should my Missus and I consider living?

40 minute radius from Aldergrove would suit.

Past experience of Ulster has always been great, but, that has almost always been propping up the Hotel Bar!

Thanks in anticipation of any advice.

Yarpy.

Dunadry is nice and close to the airport with no noticeable aircraft noise. Good properties around. Also, try Templepatrick or Jordanstown. Both close to the city and Aldergrove. Good property to be found in all three areas. Any mainstream Estate agent should point you in the right direction.

Hillsborough is a pleasant upmarket place - it is only 25 min's from Aldergrove and close to the M1 motorway for quick dashes elsewhere. Belfast city centre is about 15 min's.
