can i reach 6/24 with each eye separately if my eysight is:
Left:
Mypoia: -0.5
Astigmatism: -1.25
Right:
Mypoia: -2.25
Astigmatism: -0.5

There is no simple relationship between your prescription and your uncorrected visual acuity.

But roughly. Your left eye should be no problem, you may well be 6/6 uncorrected. Your right is more dubious, but worth a try.
