Guys,

I'm trying to organise a 70th birthday Tiger Moth flight for my old man. He has a pacemaker. Would this preclude him from flying, sitting so near to all those magneto type thingies?

I'm thinking about magnetic/electronic interference with the device as opposed to his general health, which is fine.

Many thanks,

Duncan

I doubt it.
My dear old grandfather flew on a 744 with no dramas and I have taken him flying in a partenavia with no ill effects. He didn't even affect the compass.
:D
I would have a quiet work with his Dr just to make sure there's nothing else that could affect your grandfather's health.
