I think it is brilliant that so many check-in staff and cabin crew bother to follow the threads in this forum and spend time replying to all our questions. I started with the pprune instructor forum and then came across the slf forum almost by accident. I have to travel slf a lot in my other life and just wanted to say thank you for the really helpful inputs from the people who have to deal with all the **** that is dumped on them from above (and below).

Thanks to PPRUNE for also being a true aviation forum than a mere pilots forum wherebya lot of us who are in the less visible side of aviation like reservations/customer services etc can put forward our views and more imprtantly gain a lot from the valauable exchange of ideas from the other side of the counter!
