Where can I find a list of the notified areas where the 1500' rule in Rule 5 doesn't apply?

Do you know if the UK AIP is anywhere on the web? I'm not in the office for a few days.

The NATS AIS website includes access to the AIP, if you have your password and the time (mind it is quicker than it was)
