What is the score with this MCC?

Are we expected to pay for it ourselves or are we trained on the MCC aspects for each type we will fly?

Who has done one and subsequently found they did not need it?

Who has been unable to get a job without it?

Some company type ratings include MCC as an integrated element---in this case you dont really need it apart from a talking point at interview.

Other courses dont---in which case the company is probably going to want you to have a modular course--guess which candidates are likely to be successful at interview ?
