Don't know about editting the saved page and using the javascript page but you can save it. Its a flash file, like those little Bin Laden and helicopter games. If you load it, by following the link so that it runs on your computer, it'll be in your temporary internet files folder. It depends on what OS you have as to where that folder is but once and whether yours is set to delete temp int files when you close IE.

So don't close IE, navigate to your temp internet files folder and find the file (they all end .swf). The one you want is hand.swf, and drag it to some other my documents directory. Then you can run it by double clicking when you're off line.

Don't know if it can be incorporated in to desktop/wallpaper or screen saver.

PS, IFTB, why ON ON, and is IFTB supposed to be anon handle? PM me for details.
