BA FB 4th April - Advice please!

Hi, Well the date is irrelevant really but if you are going to be there, do say hello.
Some general pointers about what to expect at the BA Final Board would be greatly appreciated. Of course, I've been told the basic format over the phone but what is this written part that I didn't know about? I take it that it's an essay of some kind but - what kind?!

Do a search for Final Board info on PPRuNe and also check the wannabes archive.. all the info you need is there, people can't write it all out every time so the goodies have been kept!!
