If you read this article (http://www.ozflight.com.au/general/news/news.php?id=331) it shows that DJ are capable of meeting the passenger requirements at Sydney Airport under the new agreement within a year.
Is there still a 737NG grounded/yet to enter service in BNE? A friend who completed his LAME training a few months back said they used it for prac training sessions. He said CASA had stopped/delayed it's entry into service until they hired more engineers.
