"I am looking for contact information about helicopter pilots associations around the world.
The intent here is to invite representatives from these associations to attend the next IFALPA Helicopter Committee Meeting as observers so they can see first hand the work done by this committee. This committee meeting will most likely be hosted by the PHPA in New Orleans, Louisiana in late 2003".
