Click on "Holders of Regulatory Powers" at the bottom and you're in.

While Bob Harris is the only ATO able to renew Instructor ratings in the far North, David Kilin of Barrier Aviation Cairns, handles most of the CIR (A) renewals in Cairns.

Oh, dear. If only you knew what you're letting yourself in for............! You won't get a better ATO anywhere, but I must warn you, transition from flying school to aero club occurs promptly at 1700, daily!
