JonathanG,

You beat me to it. This was exactly the post I was going to publish, but never mind.

What would I like for Christmas.

I would love some nice busty blondes dressed as elves and letting me unwrap their clothes as if it were a present.:D

On a more serious not, I would like a new car, but I'll settle with some smellies instead :(

WANT WANT!!!!!

Don't you mean what would you like????

reminds me of about 10 years ago youngest niece had the ARGOS catalogue open on the TOYS pages and proceeded to say "I WANT that , I WANT that, I WANT that" etc etc to just about everything on the following 200 pages.

She's still a spoilt brat now.

The Spanner-do ettes know better than to try the "I WANT" scheme.

Nothing wrong with wanting, spanner-do, so long as you also reaslise that what you want and what you get are two different things (as my gran used to say).

Personally, I want a new life. Failing that, 10million should be enough for me to sort out all but the worst parts of my current life.

:D

3) A chipmunk (the aeroplane variety, of course).

4) Someone else to write my PhD thesis.

5) Mel Gibson.

That reminds me...

On Christmas Eve, a hack asked the question of the Canadian Ambassador, who said he didn't actually need anything, of course. The hack persisted, and eventually the Ambassador gave his reply.

On the Christmas news, the American Ambassador wanted world peace, the Russian wanted an end to poverty and the Canadian a small box of Havana cigars...

sorry about the "WANT" but we are all allowed to want something or someone for Christmas :)

You want it when?
30th Oct 2002, 16:53
More than 3 hours sleep a night would be great. If you could gift wrap them even better. :D

Failing that X-wind landing ability and someone to buy my 205 CTi. Any sensible / reasonable offer accepted. Oh and if you could drag London about 40 miles further North then my commute would be sane instead of plain stupid.

Oh...

OK then, another pair of black socks.

A Falcon 7X (or two, just for the hell of it)
A plan to end all wars and bring peace and prosperity to this world.
A large gun, Osama Bed Linen, plenty of ammo.

A reality check for Dubya
A letter of resignation sent to the EU by the UK

Failing all that, how's bout a big hug and kiss from my daughter?

Flip Flop Flyer, what a great list - I'd settle for all of them. Especially the top few. Although I've already got a Spitfire... and I'm with AerBabe, the earlier round-tail ones are nicer. I guess I'll just have the Ferrari Enzo instead - you don't really need two, do you?

And AerBabe, I thought you liked Dave's car? Although it was probably a little too loud to be used regularly.....

Gusty: reminds me of the conversatiion I had with Santa last year...

SC: "Ho ho ho ! And what would you like for Christmas ?"

G: "Kylie Minogue please"

SC: (Writing on list) "One... Kylie Minogue... CD..."

G: "No - Kylie Minogue "

Needless to say that one ended up with the usual orange-and-walnut-in-a-sock routine :(

Come on SC, how about Samantha Mumba this year ??

At the risk of annoying EI-SPARKY *and the huge collection of left-wing wirdo's we have in this country, my Christmas wish is simple ;an air force for Ireland, while we still have a country to have an air force for.

If santa grants me all my wishes, I'll buy you a Spit mate :)

Slasher (The one and only)

Why the fcuk did I not think about the home-making porn kit ? Say, if you borrow my extra Spit can I then borrow your kit ? Like the idea of a 15.000 round machine gun, but somehow thinks it would wreck my Mini first time I fired the thing. Would come in handy when we do the PPrune invasion of Iraq. Care to join? You could be the official brothel locater.

Well, it would have been nice to be home for Christmas but not much chance of that.
So, instead a big feast with my friends would be nice.

As for pressies?
Another Ducati. An ST2 would be nice. I don't need the power of an ST4. Or a Ducati Monster 620ie with a custom paint job and hi rise pipes.
Sony Vaio laptop, the model with the minidisc player.
A full time flying job.
A Denon component stereo with Mission speakers.
Big flash tv with surround sound.
A house to put the toys in.

Realistically,
I got my Ducati with me now, got a way cool little MD player, and the ol' computer is still going. So, I'll just hope for the nice feed with my friends. Plus the Aussie I imported is going strong. :D
