I note on the CASA website under guidance on logbooks that computer printouts are allowable providing they are bound in a way where they cannot be removed, changed, etc.

There is no doubt in my mind that a computer program is the best and most accurate way of keeping a logbook however it needs to meet CASA requirements.

Does anyone have any ideas of how this binding can be achieved? Are there appropriate binders available for this.

1. Format & print the page to fit a normal log book then glue the page in the log book.

2. Get hold of some binder's/printer's glue, align the binding edge & paint on the glue. Bind that edge with binding tape (like sticky tape but made from cloth). Make sure you include a front & back cover. Stitch through the pages for strength. Go to Option 1. when you get sick of all the hassle or after it all falls apart...
