Anyone out there doing the ATPL theory course at Advanced flight theory in Maroochydore this November?

Or anyone else got any info on how intense doing the ATPL course up there is?

Thanks.

Be prepared to work very hard. The course is fairly full on.
Do not let this daunt you though, somehow I managed to pass my ATPL.

Nathan Higgins is a true professional and explains things extremely well.

The new cyber exam format is great unlike the older format where you had to remember all four subjects and then sit the exams, you now learn one subject and then sit the exam pass or fail you can put it behind you and then move on to the next subject.

Make sure you take time out to relax i.e. go to Fridays in Mooloolaba.

Have fun with flight planning and the exam:D

i was up there midyear for flight planning, the workload is very full on. I recomend getting a room to yourself (at their rates its worth it).

If you have a laptop with a network card bring it along, you can plug into the aft network.

The fish and chip shop up the road is very nice, don't let the adult store next door put you off, you'll only have time for that on the weekends :p

I thought that I may have been on one of the courses with you but I was not there in July.

Thanks for the reply.
