I have to post this as I get really hacked off with the stupid signatures at the bottom of peoples post that are about as funny as a thorn in my #####. What do others think.
Maybe I should get some sleep:mad:

Some are awful, like mine ! Must be my fourth attempt !
Some are so good/funny I note them down. Must have a couple of dozen or so by now!
The plus outweighs the minus on this one ! Keep em coming !

Edit: Just occured that if you go into "user cp" you can turn signatures off if I'm correct ! :)

Don't know what you're talking about :p

TOTALLY disagree, I think they are
Some are maybe difficult to understand as being relevant to the writer or the situation the writer is in but on the whole there are some exellent statments or funny lines quoted.
If you don't understand them ask the writer, they had a meaning with it.
Personally, it gives me great pleasure to read (most of) them.

:) :)

I can't stand the signatures that have no connection to aviation whatsoever...

I started off with "Plunge is the watchword of Progress!", a quote from Admiral Jacky Fisher, the reformer of the Royal Navy and founder of the submarine service, naval aviation, oil fuel in the navy, friend of Winston Churchill. When Barbara Castle died earlier this year, though, I put - well, the one on the bottom of this post - on in memoriam. Considering a change, though...
