Can anybody help?

I've been searching on the internet, trying to find the correct place to ask the FAA about whether an existing medical condition will be a bar, (or not), to obtaining an FAA Class 1 certificate.

I can't seem to find anywhere to post this query, so if anybody knows the correct web address, I'd be very grateful
