HomerSimpson,
If you have just finished your CPL/IR, I have one piece of advice for you.
STAY CURRENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Even if it means going up in a C152 once every fortnight - it can make all the difference.

Good Luck.

Great Answers to Tough Interview Questions by Martin John Yate.
ISBN 0-7494-2656-x

Good for getting the gist of what the questions are getting at. Its not Pilot orientated but has some good stuff in it. That said I`ve got both books and haven`t got a sponsorship yet http://www.pprune.org/ubb/NonCGI/frown.gif. The Irv Janski book is good aswell, loads of Q's.

Good luck and stay off the Duff before the interview !!

cheers

'Handling The Big Jets' by Davies published by the CAA.

Definetley the 'bible' for Cathay and Emirates, but many techy questions from here creep into other airline interviews.

Aside, its a good read !
