Would appreciate any info on where Bill Freeman is these days. Used to own and run Australian General Aviation Flying School at Essendon till 92. :)

That's a name I haven't heard in a long time.
I did a CPL course with AGA Flying School back in 1991 when Bill was running it. Last I heard was that he went North to PNG or thereabouts and set up a school doing the same sort of courses, ie Ab-Initio courses and CPL training.
There were 21-22 of us that year doing the full CPL course. Not sure how many are currently flying but I know for sure it's about 4 of us only including myself.
