living in taipei questions?

can anyone help with some info on living in TAOYUAN in Taipei. Good real estate agents for cheap rent etc?

only looking for a one bedroom place close to airport.

I can't tell you the name of an agent, but be advised it is expensive. You'll need "key" money. Basically, it's a lump sum payment to the landlord.
Also, there isn't too much out by CKS. More available in TPE, more available to also share with someone. If you're going with CAL, their ops is actually in town and they coordinate pickup.
