Is it possible, what is required and what would be the costs of getting a Zambian CPL starting off with a european ppl and 300+ hours?

Hi AfricanEagle,
Getting a Zambian CPL would be very difficult as the school that used to do all this, ZASTI (zambia air services and training institute) I think has stopped due to lack of funding etc. Most CPL and ATPLs in Zambia are issued on the basis of of a foreign equivalent.
