Not too sure if Dickysflys has been for a selection day (their profile states "Cabin Crew"), but this might give you a bit more of an idea, and be slightly more helpful......

A few years ago, it was an all day affair.

1. Tech quiz, completed as a group
2. Psychometric tests
3. IQ test (not too complex!)
4. Interview (3 on 1: HR, Flt Ops, and a VS Capt)

All in all, not too taxing!

Not all the above work, but that should give you an idea.

Good luck.

It's 34 more aircraft, until a new starter gets a command.
