Try the UN World Food Programme or alternatively the armed forces (though you need to have the right passport). I take it that you are looking for a Ramp OPS position (since I doubt that there will be too many Flight OPS Centres in those critical regions).

you're not serious about wanting to work in Afghanistan, are you? Before you get to them, why not try some other parts of the world (or even Asia) where at least you can expect a more peaceful existance & quite possibly a reasonable pay package?
