Does anyone know who in the Sydney basin do Formation endorsements? If so, what it involves?

What is the min experience requirements to do Formation?

Theoretically you could get your formation "endorsement" at solo stage - although practically (and realistically) you wouldn't do it until after you're an accomplished PPL holder.

There are no set minimums by CASA. Rather, they require that each school produce their own syllabus of training. Between 5 and 10 hours seems to be about the minimum most schools will quote although I personally feel that about 12 hours dual and 3 solo is about the minimum time necessary to ensure that all the fundamentals are covered.
