So, with Virgin recruitment back on the go, does anybody know anybody who has got an interview/job. If so, what is their experience level, just to give the rest of us a clue as to whether we might be in the frame.

Also, any thoughts on the long awaited fleet decision? Will it be the Bus? Who knows? When will they tell? Who cares?

Come on VB, spill the beans.

This person that "got in" last week - I wonder whether he would be willing to share his wealth of experience at interviews and share it with all those others who are wondering and are at a distinct disadvantage.

Liquid - could you perhaps enlighten those that are interested??

Maybe Fookungdo can help. He's obviously closer to the situation than myself.

40 aircraft by March 2004, 8-10 FO entries a month, presumably about the same for commands, with most ( I guess ) coming from internal promotions.

Questions at interview.
Some people get a couple of tech questions, ie what are winglets for, explain the concept of a supercritical wing. Nothing over the top.

Took about 40-45 mins, personal type questions, pretty much just a get-to-know-you type of interview. Will you fit the VB mould etc etc?

Quite relaxing and refreshing really, no silly psych tests or computer games.

Good luck
:D
