Seems like a good site; whilst it has no specific bearing on African Aviation there is the opportunity for input from this area and also an opportunity for us to appreciate what folk elsewhere are paid, so lets keep this thread going.

Great site and idea!! Lots of potential for this site.
I know back home our country wide avaition magazine does a pilot poll on wages. Might be worth a look see to collect data or ideas from.
