Hi All,

I'm a CPL holder although I haven't flown in 8 years or so. I don't hold a current medical nor do I have updated charts, maps and documents.
Apart from getting my medicals and documents back up to speed, what else do I need to do to get myself back into the swing of things?
Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

If you don't hold an IR then all that should be reqd is a flight review with a flying instructor.

Depending on how much water has gone under the bridge, you might have to do a few sessions both on the ground and in the air to get yourself back up to speed. Over 8 years there have been quite a few procedural changes but you can bet your left one that the aircraft will still be the same. ;)
