Class 1 initial issue is only available from CAA headquarters at Gatwick. After that any AME can renew it, all names and numbers are available from CAA. Not sure about Class 2, but Class 3 is from any authorised doctor, again the CAA have a list. Try their website it may be in there somewhere.

Follow the advice from Pilot Pete...WELL DONE mate on getting into JMC- Jolly Mighty Crew they are...

NFS- Class 1 initially costs £400 smackers and Class 2 (I think) is about £100.

Check the Medical Forum and also www.srg.caa.co.uk (http://www.srg.caa.co.uk)

GOOD LUCK!!

http://www.srg.caa.co.uk/pld/med/med_exam_list.asp has a list of AME's with addresses, phone numbers etc.

It also states:

Medical Examiners with numbers in the series 10,000 can examine to class 1 and class 2 standards.

Medical Examiners with numbers in the series 20,000 can examine to class 2 standards.
