Dear All,
An incident happened over Brighton, Sussex, U.K last month, and I was wondering if there was anyone who could offer a plausable explanation to this following event?
The pilots were at 1000ft on their way back from Beachy head (Famous suicide spot in U.K) when this "orb" flashed passed them at a "Rate of knots".
The pilot, decided to follow (in an MD900), but lost contact after a few minutes. They took pictures with the camera onboard and also switched to Infrared. There are some good pictures available on the net too. The BBC has reported (in the news) the incident as a hot air balloon. Damn fast balloon i must say!!
There are photo's on the net, available, but i do not know how to get them onto the page.....sorry.
Just wanted to get some professional feedback
Many thanks in advance
