Mobilisation of the Reserve

BBC Radio 4 World at One program has been mentioning reports of mobilising the Reserve. Can anyone confirm this. If this is true they are planning a big war! My kit has been collecting dust in my loft for years now.

I started a thread on this a couple of months ago and it got rapidly deleted as a couple of people said things they shouldn't have. May I suggest this is not presently a subject for discussion.
