P3 450, 128 mb ram, OS = Win Me, (dont' laugh, it has given me no trouble so far)

11 Sept 0550 I log off from chat and close my internet connection.
11 Sept 0750 I try and log on again but now I get a message saying quote
" you may not connect connect to DigiChat because the version of DigiChat Client (3.5.0.624) is not compatable with the version of DigiChat Server (4.0.2.0) "

The PC was unused in that intervening two hours and I tried refreshing and rebooting withput success.

Now at 2100 on the same day I still get the same message.
Replies to my thread on JB indicate that others can still log on to chat so why am I having this problem and how can I fix it ?

I'm new around here with a whole new set of cookies.

Chat worked just fine for me a moment ago.

Suggest you logout of PPRuNe but stay on the BB. That'll get rid of your cookies.

Log back in with username and password and see if that does the trick with Chat.

Tried that Chicken and it didn't work, I think the problem is deeper than that, thanks anyway.

Without any intervention on my part the problem has sorted itself out.

Same happened with me, I just went and had supper, came back to the pc and all was fine :D

Its ok peeps, I went up and sat on me roof and sent out puter repairing though waves, thass prolly cleared up yer trouble.
