Taxying out at Manila last night I spotted in the dark what I believe was a Dsah 7 parked on the grass beside runway 24 in a rather ungainly manner. It was not there when I landed earlier in the day. Now I realise the weather was bad during the afternoon. But does anyone know what happened?

that was a dash 7 of Asian Spirit. it flew in Caticlan loaded with passengers from Boracay. Had a landing gear problem and ended up doing a gear up landing.

:) no casulties although most of them taken to hospital suffering from shock.
The majority of pax were forengers on a trip to Boracay.
The a/c took of from "i dont know where"but developed u/c problems when on arrival to Boracay and diverted to MNL & circled for three hrs to get rid of fuel.
That was in the Gulf News
