Even though EI has ended it's DUB/SNN/BWI service (it was so convienet), BWI continues to expand.
USAir sells gates back to the State of MD.. .Southwest Airlines has agreed to expand its operations into Pier A. United Airlines will be relocated from Pier A to D. Other gates will be available on Pier D for airlines seeking to expand flight schedules.
