Can anyone recommend a spot for plane spotting at LCY, please? I've heard the DLR station is OK, but wondering if there's anywhere else accessible by walking. Thanks.

I was up there a few years ago and watched ops for a while from the other side of Royal Albert Dock - great views of the airfield.

As Mr T said, across the other side of the docks is best. Royal Albert Way near Beckton park DLR station there's a whole walkweay with great views of both directions. If walking from the terminal, just follow the perimeter around and cross the footbridge over the dock.
