Colour scheme in the video same as VH-FRP and the orbits in that track are consistent with the location of the Victory Hotel. But timing differs to the "around 2pm" in the 9 video which may be incorrect.
Still, I am mystified whether the pilot was making a precautionary landing or otherwise. I also wonder what "aviation authorities are now investigating" as reported on 9 News item actually means?
