Hi
I've had one psychotic episode in my life based on which psychiatrist diagnosed schizophrenia. It was caused by severe stress (domestic violece and problems at university).
Anyways, now I'm perfectly fine and the only thing that differs me from a "normal" person is that I take pills every day. Other than that I feel great and have no symptoms.
In Europe (based on EASA Part-Med) I can be considered elligible for flying under certain circumstances (single episode of psychosis, low risk of reoccurence etc...)
What about UAE and Arabic airlines?
I've seen GCAA CAAP 19 but there are no mentions about psychosis/schizophrenia.
Anyone has some knowledge on this? I'd be very thankful.
