Hi all, wondering if anyone has any intel on what the current hold file wait times for JQ is looking like? Am currently on the file and have been for 7 months. Also wondering on hold file wait times for qlink if anyone knows. I’m in the QGPA hold file stream

That’s a good start. Have you considered swapping over to GA Charter work? You would be paid better and gain more valuable hours. You could then apply direct to companies like NJS, Network Aviation ect.

currently no hold file, was told this by recruiters on assessment day in Dec

Ah ok. Does that mean everyone on hold has a date but just hasn’t been contacted yet? Fingers crossed for soon then. Emailed at the 5 month mark for an update and was told that I was still active but nothing at the time

I have. If I haven’t heard from JQ or qlink by the end of the year that’s my plan. That is very true

I dunno what your hours are but by the end of the year you could be flying a Kingair around. You’d certainly have 500+ SE turbine under your belt (Cessna Caravan). Or you could just continue flying around in circles and wait and see.

This is wisdom. What is the haste getting to the 'lines. Explore flying a bit.
