In a video a female US military pilot says women undergo a "feminine exam" in their pre-flight medicals. Why? Is this for pregnancy? Can't think of any other reason? It's at about 03:11

I think you'll find that male pilots go through "Men exam" for their parts also. Not an issue unless you make it one.
