Hello, I have a quick question, for B773
If the grid MORA reference Minimum Safety Altitude is FL151 for a specific segment of the flight plan, and even considering the fuel consumption when taking off with MTOW, if the net level off altitude of the segment is not met(above FL151), will it be satisfied by applying Minimum EnRoute Altitude(MEA, 6000ft)?
